true – its almost like gambling at a casino….when we are winning or losing, we don’t know when to stop, because that may be the top (or bottom!) of our time there….

i guess thats why we need to set life goals.

hi Nigel,
what i mean in “family does have benefits and rewards of its own” – this means that if you cannot take business risks, you still are rewarded in life by having a great family and friends around you. That risks, and rewards, have their different in life. And people get satisfaction and fulfillment from different things.

hi,Mike, what do you mean by ‘but family does have benefits and rewards of its own’, does it mean that you should take family into account when you want to take financial risks or the opposite?
